About Aura

I started Aura from my desk in Kentucky, during a time of life that didn't feel like it was going anywhere good.

I won't pretend I had it all figured out. For a while, I didn't. I tried therapy, self-help books, journaling apps, whatever people told me might help. Some of it did. Most of it didn't stick. What actually moved the needle for me wasn't some big breakthrough, it was small, boring, repeatable habits that I stuck with long enough to actually feel different. Clearer thinking. Steadier confidence. A sense that I was actually worth showing up for.

I built the first Aura program mostly for myself, honestly. I wanted something that didn't ask for an hour a day or a journal full of prompts I'd abandon by day four. Just something simple enough to actually finish.

When it helped, I figured it might help someone else too. That turned into "You vs You." Then "Seen & Steady" and "Full, Not Empty" came out of the same place — different struggles, same idea: small daily habits, done consistently, beat any one big fix.

I'm not a therapist and Aura isn't therapy. It's just what worked for me, put into a form I wish I'd had when I needed it. If it helps you the way it helped me, that's the whole point.
